Some kind of sleep disorders comes due to the taking sleep with the improper manner. And also the lack of sleep is the main cause of the depression and anxiety. And the people who do not take enough rest will be affected by the diabetes and blood pressure also. The proper sleep can give fresh energy to the next day of your life. it also give freshness to the mind. the mind will not work properly without the good sleep.
